About Happy Tail Computer Services
Happy Tail Computer Services was founded and is managed by Scott Kuhn, who is pictured here with his assistant, Barley. Scott has more than 15 years of professional consulting experience designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for medium to large businesses. Over those years Scott has excelled at troubleshooting software and hardware issues for customers, co-workers, friends, and family.
Scott knows the value that consultants bring to businesses but he recognized that a large and very important segment of the business community, micro and small businesses, often cannot afford traditional consultants to help them with their technical needs.
Seeing this as an opportunity to provide affordable professional technical services to small businesses and the home market, Scott launched Happy Tail Computer Services in January, 2007.
About the name
The company name is in part a tribute to Barley. Barley has a very active tail that causes his entire
body to wag back and forth whenever he is happy and excited.
Scott coined the phrase happy tail to describe this behavior. With the goal
of providing technical services that please and excite customers, the name Happy Tail Computer Services
seemed perfect.
